You can return all orders from Femileganz within 14 days .

How do I proceed with a return?

  1. Register your return in our returns portal .
  2. First, enter your order number and email address.
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
  4. Send the product back to the address provided. Once the product is received, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method

IMPORTANT: Please note that the costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you in accordance with Section 357 Paragraph 6, Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

In order to be able to offer you our return guarantee, we ask you to only return the goods to us in their original packaging and in an unused and undamaged condition.

Failure to return items in their original condition may result in a reduced refund.
